Kaskatamma, Manitoba, Canada. October 23, 1976. A young polar bear along with it’s mother trapped by Canadian Wildlife officials as they approached the town of Churchill while on their annual trek North. The pair were deemed dangerous by the officials resulting in them being trapped, drugged and flown North to Kaskatamma on The Hudson Bay shoreline.
